MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENTS

Membership agreement  is subject to all rules listed in Glow Studios’ Creation Studio Rental Agreement in addition to the following.

Memberships are available to qualifying individuals 18 years of age or older. Members will be accepted by the application process only. Membership agreements must be signed upon selection by Glow Studios. 

Glow Studios  reserves the right to refuse membership to any applicant and membership may be terminated at Glow Studios’ discretion without cause, as well as for such things as failure to comply with these conditions and regulations or abuse of your membership privileges. Failure to comply with these conditions and regulations or abuse of your membership privileges may also result in the curtailment of certain privileges.

Memberships are only valid for Creative Studios under the Glow Studios brand.

Members may bring any guest into the space not exceeding the maximum capacity; however members are responsible for all guests. Children should not be left unattended and closely monitored as windows do not have protective screens and are at easily climbable heights. 

Glow Studios can refuse entry to anyone at any time at its discretion. 

MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS + CANCELLATIONS

The agreed upon membership rate for Creative Studio rentals at Glow Studios Vancouver at 330-1026 Davie St., Vancouver at EIGHT HOURS ONTHLY is THREE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS ($300.00) per month. Additional hours rented can be requested at a discount of TWENTY-FIVE PERCENT OFF (25%) the hourly rate. 

The agreed upon membership rate for Creative Studio rentals at Glow Studios Vancouver at 330-1026 Davie St., Vancouver at TWELVE HOURS MONTHLY is FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY CANADIAN DOLLARS ($420.00) per month. Additional hours rented can be requested at a discount of THIRTY PERCENT OFF (30%) the hourly rate. 

Membership fee is for one month period from the 1st or the 15th of each month. Whichever day is the next upcoming. A credit card number must be submitted for the members account for automatic monthly payments. 

Memberships are automatically renewing month to month.

Cancellations to memberships must be made in writing. Cancellations are to be made 30 days in advance of the members next payment. Termination of membership by the primary holder will result in the termination of all affiliates of the same membership. Items must be removed and keys returned by the last day of the membership. 

Glow Studios memberships are non-refundable. For extenuating circumstances refund requests will be discussed and decided  on a case by case basis.

All cancellations + booking changes must be made in writing and may be subject to penalty. Penalty may include loss of those booked membership hours for that month. For additional bookings made at the discounted rate all policies regarding cancellations for Hourly + Daily rentals apply.

After the payment system tries to bill a card TWICE (2) and the card fails both times (due to inaccurate information, card holds, insufficient funds, etc.), the system auto-bills a $10 fee to the client’s account balance. This covers the $5 per failed transaction fee we are billed by our processor for every time a card fails.

MEMBERSHIP SERVICES OFFERED

Members receive all services listed in general rental agreement with the addition of the following.

Members have access to one set of studio keys. Members can apply for additional key sets for affiliates under the same business name. Affiliates' information must be submitted to Glow Studios and they must sign the membership agreement before a set of keys is delivered to them. Keys remain the property of Glow Studios and must be returned upon request.

Members will get priority booking before the dates will be launched to the public. Booking will open to members a month and a half in advance (the 15th of the month at 9:00am). Members must book in a minimum of 2 hour blocks. Booking then opens to the public approximately 2 weeks later on the 1st.  Example: Member booking for March will open January 15th at 9:00am + Public booking for March will open February 1st. 

Members have access to a lockable storage container. Glow Studios reserves the right to inspect any storage lockers at any time. Our members and their guests consent to such inspections when they enter our studio.

Members have access to a private portal. Here members have the opportunity to communicate with each other, vote on future additions/changes to the studio, and book their priority rentals. Members will be able to submit suggestions for new furniture pieces + props to add to the collection. Studio furniture + decor will be changing every 2-3 months.  Members will have access to premium furniture + props not accessible by the public. Premium items are subject to change and may not always be available for use.

INSURANCE

The Owner maintains general liability, fire, and property insurance. However, Owner's insurance policies do not cover or protect against loss of Member's property or damage or injury to Member's guests or their property.

MISCELLANEOUS TERMS

No live animals will be allowed on the premises (Excluding service animals).

The Owner will not be held liable for any property left on the premises after the rental's conclusion.

Glow Studios’ Manager will be permitted to enter the premises at any time during as well as after the event.

Smoking + vaping  is prohibited at Glow Studios locations. No alcohol is permitted on the premises. Liquor licenses for special events may be considered on a case by case basis. Licenses are the responsibility of the member to obtain and purchase.

INDEMNIFICATION

Members agree to hold the facility harmless shall any liabilities, claims, or causes of action that may take place as a result of the Member's use of the Facility.

The Owner shall not be held liable for any damages, loss or injuries to personnel or guests during the event.
