MOVEMENT STUDIO | REFUND + CANCELLATION POLICY


RENTAL AGREEMENTS + PAYMENTS

Rental Agreements must be signed + deposits/payments made within 3 days of booking, or the booking will be released. All cancellations or changes to bookings must be made in writing.

A 50% deposit will be due upon the signing of this contract for the reservation of the date(s) requested.

For single day rentals, the remaining balance of the rental cost is due in full on the day of the rental. For multiple rentals, the remaining balance of the rental cost is due in full at the end of the calendar month in which the rentals occur.

CANCELLATIONS + REFUNDS

All cancellations to bookings must be made in writing and may be subject to penalty fees.

Cancellation of a rental must be made at least 14 days prior to the rental date, otherwise all fees associated with the rental are still due by the rental date. Cancellations made prior to 14 days before are eligible for a refund.

Eligible for refunds if cancelled 14 DAYS prior to rental date. 10% processing fee is applied to the refund amount. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.

No refunds for cancellations within 14 DAYS of rental date  + “No-Shows”.

Should the Owner choose to cancel this facility rental agreement due to  Client's violation of the terms of this agreement, any fees paid by the Client are considered non-refundable and outstanding balances are owed.

BOOKING CHANGES

A change fee of $25 will be applied to the account  when more than 2 changes to the contract are made.

DAMAGES

The rental client is responsible to pay for any damages to the studio caused by the rental client or anyone associated with the rental client.

FAILED PAYMENT FEE

After the payment system tries to bill a card TWICE (2) and the card fails both times (due to inaccurate information, card holds, insufficient funds, etc.), the system auto-bills a $10 fee to the client’s account balance. This covers the $5 per failed transaction fee we are billed by our processor for every time a card fails.
